This job reports to the Adult Service Manager.
Relocation is not provided and travel is required occasionally.

United Rehabilitation Services (URS) provides support and services for infants, children and adults with disabilities or special needs, from ages 6 weeks through elderly. URS on-site Centers include: Adult Daycare, Audiology, Hearing Aid Sales/ Service, Vocational Rehabilitation, Young Adult Center, Infant and Child Daycare and Latchkey Center. Job Skills/Requirements
Provide personal care, support and assistance to clients in their places of residence. Complete required documentation in a clear and precise manner.
Assist with daily living activities as needed by clients.
Perform light housekeeping, food preparation and transfers.
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
Additional Information/Benefits
H.S. Diploma or GED is required. Prior facility-based adult personal care experience and experience with children and/or adults with special needs is highly preferred. Candidates must have the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Certification in CPR, First Aid, and Communicable Disease is also desirable.
